Our Practice

Partnering with others to reach their goals in the Cleveland area since 2006
Welcome to Santore & Associates Health and Wellness, LLC, which is located in Northeast Ohio, a 40-minute drive from downtown Cleveland. Our professionals understand the interconnected nature of health and wellness, support clients in maintaining and strengthening mental and physical well-being, and emphasize collaboration in developing realistic, client-centered goals. Our work is guided by the following mission:
We aim to educate and treat our patients in a comfortable environment while offering them holistic, comprehensive care. We understand many people have anxiety about change, so we create a soothing environment. We meet people where they are, and our focus is on progress, not perfection.
